Tsleil-Waututh Nation Announces Strategic Partnership with Portage Energy Group Inc. on Groundbreaking Waste-to-Fuel Projects

Vancouver, BC – səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh Nation) is pleased to announce a new partnership with Portage Energy Group Inc., a Canadian leader in waste-to-fuel project development, to advance sustainable waste-to-fuel initiatives. This collaboration focuses on utilizing innovative technologies to transform waste into valuable energy solutions, contributing to both environmental sustainability and economic empowerment for Tsleil-Waututh Nation.


This partnership combines Portage Energy’s advanced waste conversion expertise with Tsleil-Waututh Nation’s strong commitment to protecting the environment and fostering economic growth. Together, the organizations aim to tackle pressing challenges such as waste management, greenhouse gas emissions, and the acceleration of clean energy adoption.
