Our TWN Recreation Team promotes wellness and healthy lifestyles through a wide range of program activities and events that supports community members to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

TWN Fitness Bootcamp

In preparation for our fitness bootcamps & initial personal training sessions for youth and adults 16+, we encourage members to fill out the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire PDF form online.

This general questionnaire is to enable members to participate in all TWN Recreation activities & facility spaces. Members must be fully vaccinated to participate.

Save the filled-out PDF & send to Mike Wilson at mwilson@twnation.ca.

After completing the form, members may register for our upcoming Fitness Bootcamps through TWN Recreation.

TWN Workout & Weight Room

We are now fully open! The workout & weight room facility for members is currently available to drop-in or book on our online recreation platform called Book King.

Mondays-Fridays: 8am-9:30pm / Saturdays: 12:00pm-9:30pm / Sundays: CLOSED

We are closed on the following STAT Holidays: September 30th, October 10th, and November 11th. During special events or occasions the weight room may also be closed.*

TWN Teen Drop-In Centre

Our Teen Drop-In Centre (3093 Ghume-Lye Drive) will be opening September 21, for twice a week on Wednesdays and Fridays from 6pm-9pm. Stay tune for more fall programming to come on Sept 21!

TWN Breakfast Club

TWN Breakfast Club is back for school students! This started on September 12 and will go throughout the fall on weekday mornings before school, located at the Gym (TWN Community Centre).

Youth Lacrosse Program

H3 Soccer Program with UBC Women’s Thunderbird Soccer Team

In partnership with H3 and UBC Women’s Thunderbird soccer team, we will be running the H3 soccer program on starting on Wednesday October 5, from 5:30pm-6:30pm. For TWN members to register, email santana@hopeandhealth.org
