Photovoice-Takaya Project
This will be a safe space for everyone to share the photos collected or captured and the importance they have to Tsleil-Waututh. The result of this project will be a collection of photos for TWN to use in our June event called the Takaya Assembly where we will gather the community and various leaders who need to hear our Stories. As an expression of gratitude, an honorarium will be offered for participants.

Modernized Land Use Planning – Regional Workshop
This workshop brings together First Nations representatives from across the West Coast Region with experience in resource planning and/or who have an interest to inform a new pathway forward in respect of managing public lands and resources. As well, key BC staff from FLNRORD and MIRR, both regionally and headquarters based, will be participating. The workshop will provide opportunities to reflect on past and current experiences, identify lessons learned, and offer recommendations that could be instrumental in the modernization of land use planning in BC.
